Today, the FRU has decided to reinstante their original ruling to the cancelled game as a forfeit by Pelicans. The ruling from USA Rugby was issued as a recomendation, not a decision.
So, the final standings remain as before:
1. Palm Beach
2. Gainsville
3. Sarasota
4. Daytona
Semifinals will be (Home team first), April 11th:
Palm Beach vs. Daytona

Brevard and Sarasota ended with the same points after USA Rugby ruled that the game between Sarasota and Pelicans on 2.28, that was initially cancelled due to rain, and later ruled a forfeit by FRU by Pelicans, was not to be considered a forfeit.
So that game did not give points to any of the teams.
Brevard, wins the head to head tie breaker and therefor qualifies to playoffs as the 4th seed.
This situation is not totally finalized and may change in the coming days.
*The system on RugbyFL is programmed to sort by difference of game points after total points. That is why Sarasota still shows as #4.
