Level 1 Officiating 15s - St. Pete 
The purpose of this introductory course is to enable officials to acquire basic skills to officiate safe, enjoyable competition. Course certification is required for anyone who wishes to referee any match that could potentially lead to a National Championship.

Description
Pre-course Requirements:

All participants must be current registered members of USA Rugby.

You need to complete USA Rugby's Player Protection Package (PPP) as well as the Laws of the Game and Rugby Ready certifications from World Rugby.

-Rugby Ready program http://www.irbrugbyready.com/index.php?&language=EN

-SafeSport, NFHS Course "Creating a Safe and Respectful Environment"

-Concussion Awareness, take course here

These certifications can be emailed to the Training and Education Department (education@usarugby.org) to be added to your profile
