Sorry for the delay this week, peeps. I only just got out of bed after hiding out for many days following my two incorrect picks last Saturday. Sometimes you just have to go out on a limb, and I will learn from my mistake. This week, we have a very brief schedule, as this was originally an open makeup weekend. Posted on 2/1/2013 2:06:50 PM		Division 2 Tampa Krewe (5-1-1) at Jacksonville (3-3) - Thanks to back-to-back victories over Orlando and Daytona, Jax are suddenly back in the running for a postseason spot. They will likely have to win this game against Krewe though, and that will be no easy task. Krewe easily won the first meeting between these teams 46-16, and while they are supposedly ineligible for the playoffs themselves, the Tampa gentlemen are clearly not letting that effect their solid play this season, with their only loss coming to Orlando. I think the visitors edge this one, but only just. Tampa Krewe 28, Jacksonville 24 Bay Area Pelicans (1-5) at Daytona (2-5) - Last week's loss to Jax pretty much eliminated the Coconuts from postseason contention. Still, they should have enough talent to take care of the Pelis, who might not bring a full-strength squad across the state for their final game of the season (assuming they don't make up their game against Jacksonville. Daytona 42, Pelicans 5 Division 3 Sarasota Saracens (1-3) at Treasure Coast (0-4) - Nothing but team pride on the line here, as both teams have no chance of making the playoffs this season. Sarasota played Gainesville very tough a couple of weeks ago, but that game was at home. Meanwhile, Treasure Coast lost to the Hogs by 20 on the road. I'm going to take the home team here. Treasure Coast 30, Sarasota 17. Last Week (1/26/13): 4-2 Overall: 32-13 (71.1%)
