Bidding for various South events are open to clubs. Bid submissions should be sent to Peter L. Bid submissions should be sent to Peter L. Steyn (USARS Competition Chair) by February 1 2013 so that the South board can review and approve a winner. All events require two (2) active playing fields and a third for warm up. Concessions and vendor sales are available to the host to arrange as they see fit. No personal or team entry charges can be made except for 7's, where an entry team fee may be charged by the host. Questions about collegiate championships should be directed to the collegiate director Mark Carney (mark.rugbysouth@gmail.com). Categories and dates Men's D2 / D3: April 27 / 28 High School: May 18 / 19 Men's / Women's 7's: July 20 Men's Collegiate D3: March 9 / 10 Women's Collegiate March 30 / 31 Women's D2: TBD, this event may be contested locally by individual GU's and the South Men's Collegiate D2: APR 13 Peter L.
